RETURN POLICY -
STEFAN GRANT strives to ensure its customers receive full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 14 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, in the condition shipped, and complete.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the web shop will be given for retail price of item(s) purchased.
U.S. customers must contact contact@stefangrant.com for return shipping label. International customers must provide their own shipping label. Package item(s) and complete the Return Form in box and send using provided shipping label.

Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
*Please note items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping:
Typically we ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info@stefangrant.com
Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. This includes, but is not limited to, graphic printing on blank t-shirts or hoodies for resale or rebranding.
Excessive / Flagged Shipping + Returns
STEFAN GRANT regularly monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our shipping and return policies. We may flag some customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns or abuse of these policies. Customers who are flagged may be subject to our review, and revocation of standard customer return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
